Everybody is welcome to use the Treky service. By using the service, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. There are no age restrictions for using the Treky app.

1.2 Account Creation

To access certain features of the service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

1.3 User Content

You retain ownership of any content that you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the service, you grant Treky a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content.

The Treky logo, trademarks, service marks, and trade names are owned by Treky and its affiliates. You may not use these marks without prior written permission from Treky.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

5. Changes to Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
